Terms of use

This statement discloses the terms of use for the IPA 2 project – Improving school transition website. We encourage our users to be aware of when they leave our website and to read the terms and conditions of other websites that they visit.


The IPA 2 website strives to offer accurate and up-to-date content. However, we welcome feedback that enables us to correct any errors.


The IPA 2 website is not responsible for the content or reliability of linked websites and does not necessarily endorse the views expressed within them. Listing shall not be taken as endorsement of any kind. We cannot guarantee that these links will work all of the time and we have no control over the availability of linked pages.


Different copyright restrictions apply to individual documents on this website. All IPA 2 intellectual outputs (materials) produced by the project are in accordance to the grant agreement whereby materials must be made available free of charge and under open licenses. All these materials will be available on the Project in the Erasmus+ Project Results Platform (http://ec.europa.eu/programmes/erasmusplus/projects/), in accordance with the approval of the final report.

Privacy and cookies

The following section explains our privacy policy and how we will use and protect any information about you that you give us when you visit this website.

If you sign up to our newsletter you will be asked to submit personal information about yourself (e.g. name and email address) in order to receive updates about the IPA 2 project. Such updates include e-newsletters, information about our events, the outputs produced by the project and email updates. When you subscribe to a newsletter or complete a form you will have to accept / “opt in” to what communications you would like. You can “opt out” or unsubscribe at any time by contacting us via newsletter or emailing ipa2.euproject@gmail.com

You can request a copy of the details we hold about you at any time. Please email us at ipa2.euproject@gmail.com to obtain these or to update us on any changes you’d like to make.

Completion of the project

With the approval of the final report all submitted personal information about yourself (e.g. name and email address) will be deleted.

Where we store your information

Information is stored in or on equipment owned by the project. Access to such equipment will be password protected. We use Mailchimp to send our newsletters to you and they are certified to the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and the Swiss-U.S Privacy Shield Framework.


This site uses cookies – small text files that are placed on your machine to help the site provide a better user experience.
